Direct Ordering

We must receive full payment of the whole of the price for the goods that You order before Your order can be accepted. Your payment for the goods represents an offer on Your part to purchase the goods from Us, which will be accepted by Us only when the goods are dispatched. Only at this point is a legally binding contract created between Us.

To enable Us to process Your order, You will need to provide Us with Your email address. We will notify You by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of Your order and to confirm details. For the avoidance of doubt, this correspondence does not constitute a contract between Us.

The prices payable for goods that You order are as set out on this Website. Final prices for E.U. customers will be calculated VAT inclusive  at the prevailing rates and shall be correct at the time of writing.

Dispatch & Delivery

Goods are usually dispatched by DHL Express or by DPD service. Delivery is additionally charged.

If an item is out of stock We will contact You by email with an estimate of availability. We aim to dispatch in-stock items within two (2) working days but will contact You if there are any problems.

Please note that a signature is always required for deliveries. If You arrange directly with the courier for Your order to be left in a safe location, We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred.

International Sales

For overseas orders it is a legal requirement that We declare the value of the goods on the package (eg. hardware value without shipping cost) .

As a customer purchasing goods from another country, You are deemed to be the importer of those goods, and as such please be aware that You may be subject to import duties and taxes.

Charges and/or fees for customs clearance must be covered by You. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.

Money-Back Guarantee

HD-INFO Ltd. will accept:

  • for hardware products only: we accept returns for period of 30 days from the day We ship Your order.
  • for digital products (eq. software subscriptions) We do not provide refunds or money back guarantee. After license is bought, buyer can only cancel subscription license and renewal recurrence.
  • request from buyer to cancel subscription. By accepting cancelation, We will immediately stop recurring payment, and no payment will be asked in future. Buyer is entitled to continue use software license until end subscription period purchased . We do not provide any refunds for remaining subscription period left after request for license cancelation.

For hardware products – following apply:

Items must be returned with proof of purchase complete with all supplied fittings and accessories in original condition. They must arrive in their original ‘new’ condition or at our discretion your return will either; (1) not be accepted, or; (2) your refund will reflect the cost of replacing those missing items and repair. Accepted returned items will be offered for resale clearly marked as refurbished/pre-owned.

For Your own reassurance, We recommend items be returned via a registered post/delivery service to HD-INFO Ltd., at Your cost, within the specified days of the shipment date. We recommend that You use a recognized service and insure all items for the full value as stated on Your invoice. HD-INFO will not be held responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Returned items must be clearly identifiable as to who they came from.

Refunds will be processed within ten (10) working days of receiving Your returned package following inspection of the condition of the contents.

Warranty

Euphony-Audio “hardware products” are guaranteed for two (2) years from the date of purchase against defects in manufacture and design.

Euphony-Audio “software products” delivered as digital goods comes only with “support guarantee”. Support guarantee is given for subscription period. As subscription is renewed, support renewed for next time validity of license.  

Finally “software product” support guarantee is given with following statement from us: Best effort is given by owner of software to make software work at declared specification and compatibility with user hardware and third party software (which may be included in downloaded package). User is always free to terminate subscription and we advice user to acquire license with shortest possible subscription period (1 month), and make purchase risk minimal.

This warranty applies to the first owner and is not transferable (for both digital and hardware products sold).

Proof of purchase from either HD-INFO Ltd. or one of our authorized retailers are required to access the warranty.

Items must be returned in the original packing with all supplied accessories and fittings.

If returning an item directly to Euphony-Audio / HD-INFO Ltd., please ensure they are returned via registered post/delivery service at Your cost. We recommend that You use a recognized service and insure all items for the full value as stated on Your invoice. HD-INFO Ltd. will not be held responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the equipment at our discretion.

Exclusions

The following are not covered by the HD-INFO / Euphony-Audio warranty:

  1. Transportation costs.
  2. Damage caused by incorrect installation, connection or packing.
  3. Damage caused by any use other than the correct use described in the user Guide, negligence, modifications, or use of parts that are not made or authorized by HD-INFO Ltd. / Euphony-Audio.
  4. Damage caused by faulty or unsuitable ancillary equipment.
  5. Damages caused by accidents and causes beyond the reasonable control of HD-INFO Ltd. / Euphony Audio.
  6. Repairs or modifications that have been carried out by an unauthorized person.

If You purchased Your Euphony Audio product from a dealer or distributor, please contact them first in the event of a warranty claim or technical query.

If purchased direct via this Website, please contact Euphony Audio / HD-INFO  directly.

The HD-INFO Ltd. money-back guarantee and warranty do not affect Your statutory rights.
