Please access your Euphony Stylus 4 control interface. (preferably use your desktop computer connected to your local network and use Internet browser, browsing Euphony Stylus User Interface by: http://euphony .local). Go to menu “Settings->System-> System_Info” and look down  for line: “Days until renewal: xxx” Here in same line you need to click on link “Manage“. See picture below.

After selecting link Manage – you will be redirected to page where you will be able to access your personalized STRIPE account page. There you can opt to cancel your subscription or change payment information (your card changed… or you want to cancel your subscription).

In case you cannot access this page, please Contact us to cancel your subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will still have access to Stylus 4.0 until the end of your billing period.  Payments are non-refundable and we do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods.
