Euphony Web Interface home page opens after the first launch.
By default, MPD playback mode is activated and you can start playing music immediately, provided music albums have been copied or added to Euphony Drive. Scroll down to File manager chapter and see how to copy your music albums to Euphony Drive.
By taping on Euphony logo or “Start playing”, album grid will be displayed.
Highlight the audio system of your choice (e.g. Roon Server) and tap on “Change” field at the bottom. Audio system will be changed immediately and remembered for future usage.
Configure Music Service Options and optimize your USB DAC performance. Default playback mode is “Convert to PCM”. It enables real time conversion of all DSD files to PCM. If your USB DAC supports only PCM conversion to analogue signal, leave this option activated.
If your USB DAC supports DSD conversion, choose between DOP or Native DSD playback mode. Most USB D/A converters support DOP protocol. Some better models support Native DSD playback also. Please consult DAC owner’s manual for details. Native DSD mode allows lowest latency and best musical results for DSD playback.
Save and restart Music Service after the changes.
Tap on the icon of attached USB drive with music library and open the folder with albums you want to copy.
Tick the box next to album you want to copy or tick the above box that will mark albums in the folder.
Select Euphony Drive as a target and tap on “Copy”.
Information “Copy in progress” will appear.
As soon as the process finishes, “copy completed” information will be displayed.
